The breeze blows in the morning， and the warm light shines on the lakeside in Gongnong Village， Gulin Street， Binhai New District， Tianjin． In the pavilion， the elderly are playing with their grandchildren happily． Amidst the laughter， the＂identical＂ bracelets on the wrists of several elderly people catch the reporter＇s attention． Some elderly people explained that this is a smart bracelet given to the elderly in the village and can monitor their health at any time． Chen Yanchen， a college－graduate village official， further answered the reporter＇s questions：＂We distribute free smart health monitoring barcelets to the elderly over 65 years old in the village． The bracelets can not only realize real－time monitoring of the wearer＇s blood pressure， blood oxygen saturation， and heart rate， but also have a one－click alarm function for SOS emergency call． In the event of an emergency， the bracelets will alert the village committee and family members， and the village management platform can receive telephone information and alarm reminders as soon as possible， which effectively makes up for the safety shortcomings of special elderly groups．＂ Yang Dong， a poverty relief cadre in the Gongnong Village， also revealed to reporters that，“Not only that， Gongnong Village will continue to improve the level of health service， and plan to add Internet－based online health consultation services of＂HH －Medic App＂ to Tmall Genie， Xiaodu and other machines to provide the function of online video consultation services 24 hours a day， so as to allow users to＂stay home for minor illnesses， get prescriptions for chronic illnesses， and receive medicines at their doorsteps．＂ Health is always the most important topic for the elderly and their children． Smart bracelets on their wrists and health software on their mobile phones make residents in Gongnong Village feel more at ease．

Riding the Express Train of Digitalization， Rural Revitalization Enters the＂Fast Lane＂

“Smart elderly care” is an important part of the digital governance platform for Gongnong Village． In 2022， Gongnong Village took the construction of Tianjin’s model villages for rural revitalization as an opportunity to build a digital rural management platform for Gongnong Village， and gradually built a new rural digital governance system．＂Gongnong Village invested more than 340，000 yuan to develop and customize the software and hardware of this digital governance platform for rural revitalization．＂ Liu Jian， a cadre of the Gongnong Village Committee， said，＂The digital platform fully integrates various information resources and service resources and is divided into 9 modules， including population information， village－level finance， points ＆ rankings， open management of three village－level affairs， labor recruitment， bracelet management， grid－based management， and civilized practice．＂

The entire village can be viewed and managed on one screen． On one screen is the integration of all－round data of the entire Gongnong Village．＂Previously， in the process of rural governance， there have always been some problems such as too much data， complex tasks， and shortage of manpower． In addition， there were a large number of migrant workers， making information collection and population management difficult． The launch of the management platform has solved a big problem for us．＂ Dai Shilong， head of Gongnong Village Committee， emphasized the important role of the digital platform in promoting the modernization of rural governance．

With the support of smart big data， the village affairs supervision platform has also taken a step towards the goal of＂full transparency and full coverage＂． Gongnong Village digitally displays the three village－level affairs that are of high concern to villagers， and uses the front－end platform to display the matters for open management in a rolling manner， allowing villagers to briefly browse the public content， and basically realizing in－depth supervision of village affairs and finance at the village level．＂This fully guarantees the villagers＇ rights to know， participate， and supervise， and realizes that everyone is aware of the three village－level affairs．＂ Dai Shilong said．

From the saline－alkali land of＂barren mountains and unruly rivers＂ to the village with villas and western－style buildings where＂birds are singing and the flowers are fragrant＂， from the unremitting exploration of revitalizing villages with industry and enriching farmers with industry to the successful establishment of a digital rural management platform， Gongnong Village has closely combined the actual conditions of the village， depicted a picture of efficient， service－oriented， safe， prosperous， beautiful and civilized new countryside， and transformed from an ordinary small village into a model of rural revitalization with prosperous industries， affluent people， and ecological livability through continuous accumulation and precipitation．
