State Grid Tianjin rolls out measures to upgrade power service
State Grid Tianjin Electric Power has introduced 36 measures to upgrade power supply and service and support the metropolis’s development goals.
The company will implement the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integrated power service, build a Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei UHV ring network, supporting Tianjin to undertake Beijing's non-capital functions.
It will further boost construction of major projects and help the city bag more investments by improving power service.
The power supplier will also continue to refine urban power distribution network, provide easy power purchase for enterprises and continue to reduce energy cost, especially for small, medium and micro enterprises. It will also provide electricity security services tailored to companies.
It will strengthen power grid construction in Binhai New Area, boost the construction of Binhai Energy Internet Comprehensive Demonstration Zone, and facilitate the area’s efforts in building first-class green ports.
In terms of serving the renewal and upgrading of the central urban area, the company will strengthen cable management to meet the demand for high-reliability power supply, promote the 35 kV step-up transformation in the central urban area, and comprehensively promote green and low-carbon buildings.
